What is Tai Chi?
Tai Chi training is a traditional Chinese martial art, also known as "shadow boxing". It involves slow, flowing movements performed with conscious breathing and concentration.
The training aims to harmonise body and mind and improve health. It can help to improve flexibility, balance and coordination, reduce stress and increase overall physical fitness.
It is important to note that Tai Chi is a continuous learning process and requires regular practice to achieve the full benefits.
Tai Chi is taught both with and without weapons.

The training is divided into different sections:
The training usually ends with a relaxation phase consisting of breathing exercises and Chan meditation, sometimes Shaolin Qi Gong is also practised.
