Shaolin Kung Fu is one of the oldest and best-known martial art forms in the world. It has its origins in the Shaolin Temple in the Henan province of China. Shaolin Kung Fu has been taught and trained by monks and masters for centuries. Shaolin Kung Fu is not only a way of fighting or defence, but also a philosophy and a way of life.
The techniques of traditional Shaolin Kung Fu are based, among other things, on the observation and imitation of animals and natural phenomena. The movements are flowing and powerful at the same time and require concentration and body control.
Is Shaolin Kung Fu suitable for anyone?
Shaolin Kung Fu is suitable for people of all ages and genders. It can be practised both as a sport and as a way of personal development and self-discovery. For older or sick people, Shaolin Kung Fu can even be practised as a form of gymnastics.
All courses are organised in such a way that it is possible to join at any time, regardless of athletic ability or skill level.
In addition to Kung Fu, Chan meditation and Shaolin Qi Gong are also practised in the courses.
We offer both group lessons and individual training, and we also organise workshops at regular intervals.
